This store is awesome and professional with family friendliness! I took my granddaughter in to get a couple of things for her parents for Christmas and they were so helpful and so fast. They treated my granddaughter like she was a little adult and interacted with her while they were making her items. I would highly recommend this store for your laser needs.
I had to recant my entire review, because the way was so diligent with the situation after it was brought to her attention has to be spoken and recognized! My initial review was regarding my Bible engraving, it was a very special gift to me and means everything, but Amy not only replace my Bible, but also re-engraved it with confirmation! Excellent service ! The quality of the plaque, price, and quick turnaround was more than I expected ! They did a lovely job and I will continue to recommend them in the future .
We had looked online and in a number of stores for a design with the first letter of our last name to hang on our front door but couldn't find anything that was exactly right. Then we found Ohio Laser Creations. We took a picture of something close and explained what we wanted. Amy was very friendly and helpful and created just what we were looking for! It looks great! She has a number of other products that we will be back for😊.
Amy did an amazing job creating our unit patch for a wooden retirement flag. I found their shop a couple months ago when my scheduled engraver fell through. They quickly made last min items I needed for 2 military retirements and they looked amazing! I will keep using them for all my engraving and personalized gifts! Highly recommend them - great to work with!
