I have been going to Sara ever since I was diagnosed with Haglund's Deformity. Doctors told me surgery was my best option. Sara's knowledge and physical therapy game plan for this diagnosis has enabled me to live a pain-free life without surgery. Dry Needling and Red Light Therapy has been a game changer for me. She also was able to help me with flexibility through her Yoga classes. She has designed exercises to help me with my golf game. Excited to unleash those on the course this year. Sara is an A+ physical therapist.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah through a friend when I pulled something in my back. I could tell I was in good hands when she got me in within 24 hours. After a thorough exam she created a game plan to get me back on my feet. She used a couple techniques that are new to me dry needling and red-light therapy but just after a couple visits, I am on the road back to my normal routine. You can tell she loves what she does by the attention to detail and care she takes with her clients! You are in good hands with Sarah.

Sara at Ohio Integrated Physical Therapy is absolutely amazing! She is truly gifted at what she does. The care and compassion she puts forth for her patients sets her apart from the rest. She has not only helped with improving my issues but has also educated me as well. I can’t recommend her enough:)
