Ohio Home Finance took care of everything for my new home purchase. I had used them 16 years ago when I first used my VA home loan benefits and used them again this year for my second home I’ve purchased. They helped me through all the red tape that makes using VA benefits sometimes overwhelming. They pushed everything as quickly as was possible, and all of this was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I'm selling a house and the buyer was going through this company for financing. I gave them 45 days for closing instead of the usual 30 days when I signed the contract. I was 4 days past the closing date when I decided to make my house active again and not extend the contract due to this lender. They definitely lack any sort of urgency and their communication is far from great. They were not able to give any sort of time frame for what kind of extension they would need to close.
