Please explain to me any reason that you can come up with that is reasonable as to why a child is not permitted to participate in youth bowling outside of high school if they belong to the high school team. They are not earning any money. It keeps children active. It can be used as an extra practice session and also keeps children interested in the sport outside of the school.
