Very polite and efficient!
Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. I have been trying to speak with the Division Loan Officer for over 10 days now regarding my account, i have sent an email which she did not respond to plus i have left a voicemail which she did not respond to. It is my understanding that i have made my final payment last month on my loan but they have yet to send me confirmation of this even though i have requested it. We have been members for donkeys years, going back to the 1980s. If you call, the phone tree just repeats over and over. Emails get no response Very difficult to find a no fee ATM. 02 September 2025 Still no usable response.
