I love the credit union itself but I don't like that it only has 2 locations which makes it an inconvenience for those who work far from the locations and the operating hours are not convenient as well to get too.
Tellers are mean and nasty will go in to your account.
I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap. I have become a loyal standing customer for Ohiohealth Federal Credit Union due to the loan officer, Molly Crance, who has provided me with exceptional customer service, excellent credit knowledge, a caring spirit, and her ability to make me feel that I never want to leave! I came to her for assistance with my low credit score! Within a years time Molly has my credit score soaring!
