Love this bank so clean and no long waits staff is so nice and sweet especially when bringing the kids.
All of the employees are nice and friendly. I wish they would update their ATM machine and add a $100 bill option. Parking is challenging even more so now since ohiowealth has commandeered the parking lot.
I love the credit union itself but I don't like that it only has 2 locations which makes it an inconvenience for those who work far from the locations and the operating hours are not convenient as well to get too.
Tellers are mean and nasty will go in to your account.
I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap.
