This is without a doubt my very favorite furniture store. It has it all..quality furniture, knowledgeable staff and excellent service. We recently ordered an Amish made platform bed. It is beautiful! They delayed delivery one week because they found a small run on one of the legs.. had it fixed and, true to their word, delivered it one week later. Amazing experience! I was looking for a new kitchen table and chairs. I took pictures of my kitchen and measured the kitchen space before arriving. Martha was very helpful and made great suggestions. Everything is perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
This was my third time working with Ohio Hardwood Furniture. I have appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized customer service from both Martha and Pascal, as I've modified or custom-designed several of their pieces for my living space. I feel good knowing that the furniture pieces I'm investing in are high quality and will last a lifetime. I also am happy to support a small business that does its work locally.
