Very responsive and helped me with what I needed. I talked to someone virtually and whole exchange was 4 messages and the issue was fixed. Still cannot get over how fast they responded. Excellent work, ODT!

Your web site is far to complicated with all the signing in and verifications, you can't even send an email request without a two step verification and account. Don't get me started on creating an account, that will take near forever to complete and in the end there is always an error. Figured I would just call instead and there was nothing in their directory that came close to what I required an answer for. It is good to see you're not wasting our tax dollars on a web friendly site.

Their website is terrible. It is not simple to find the necessary things once logged in. The links they provide only get you logged into the site. It does not take you to the form you need or the place where you need to file. Calling in is a joke. You're on hold for long periods. They even have a callback option when they are supposed to call you back and be available...even that is bad because they still say all reps are assisting others and they tell you to call back again. Please do better.

I understand that some people had bad experience here, but for me, the experience is very good. Dwayne Webb helped me to setup the account and answered many of my question. It's human nature that people are more likely to write bad review when they had bad experience. Many good experience were simply not recorded here. A good advice is to arrive here when it's open at 8:00am so your issue can be handled immediately.

Scheduled a call back for questions I had regarding my sales tax for my business I am starting. Had to make the appointment three weeks out, was given a half hour call window, and I never received a call or even an email rescheduling my appointment. It’s really frustrating and sad to see how our tax dollars are spent, why get paid to do a job and don’t do it? That’s theft!
