Their website is terrible. It is not simple to find the necessary things once logged in. The links they provide only get you logged into the site. It does not take you to the form you need or the place where you need to file. Calling in is a joke. You're on hold for long periods. They even have a callback option when they are supposed to call you back and be available...even that is bad because they still say all reps are assisting others and they tell you to call back again. Please do better.

I understand that some people had bad experience here, but for me, the experience is very good. Dwayne Webb helped me to setup the account and answered many of my question. It's human nature that people are more likely to write bad review when they had bad experience. Many good experience were simply not recorded here. A good advice is to arrive here when it's open at 8:00am so your issue can be handled immediately.

Scheduled a call back for questions I had regarding my sales tax for my business I am starting. Had to make the appointment three weeks out, was given a half hour call window, and I never received a call or even an email rescheduling my appointment. It’s really frustrating and sad to see how our tax dollars are spent, why get paid to do a job and don’t do it? That’s theft!

Constantly being harassed for sales tax that has already been paid online and at their Northland location! Worse case of incompetence ever, though the young lady that took my last payment was both professional and courteous. I'm retiring this year and planning to move out of state so they can kiss my rosie *ss. My advice is to never open a small business here. That is why I'm retiring!
