I scheduled a call back this morning. They called back, but it rang once before they immediately hung up. I couldn't even answer fast enough.
We just called to speak to someone about renewing our Medicaid service, they made us wait half an hour to then answer and say “call back in the morning and say you want to renew your Medicaid” even tho that’s what we JUST did and they weren’t even closed. Make it make sense. What the actual hell is wrong with their phone service people 😭
Called here the other day to ask why I kept getting 404 errors every time I tried to access an Ohio Benefits link and the agent who answered the phone actually lied to me by trying to say that “the site shuts down at noon every day” but I tried accessing it without my VPN turned on this time and it now works perfectly fine for me so I guess she just didn’t feel like doing her job that day? I’ve been trying to get approved for six months. I’m pregnant and probably gonna be having my baby before I even get approved for Medicaid. It is absolutely ridiculous. You wait for hours just to talk to somebody and then they have an attitude with you for literally having to answer the phone. If Tiffany doesn’t like her job she should get a new one! Realistically, the people on the phone are the most disrespectful unhelpful people. But I finally was connected with Kendra, give her a raise. She was so helpful. The rest seem to just hang up after a 2 to 3 hour hold or treat you as subhuman. Props Kendra every gov dept should have somone like you!!!
