The most useless organization that has ever existed. The level of incompetence I’ve witnessed is so severe that it should be considered record breaking. It’s almost as if the decision to interact with this office is a one way ticket to making your life unnecessarily stressful. If you got laid off , it’s probably better to be homeless than to deal with this office, they’ll do everything in their power to make receiving unemployment difficult, even when you follow all of the directions.
