How can this be a civil rights organization when they are using loopholes to not properly investigate claims. They are immune from being prosecuted for botched investigations, and since Ohio is a duel file state, they rely on the EEOC to investigate after they close the cases stating no violations occurred. If I could give 0 stars, I would. You know us taxpayers fund places like this and in a time of need, we expect someone to be in our corner.. don't expect that from the OCRC. I was harassed, humiliated and retaliated against for having a disability. I should have known better when I told an attorney I had filed a charge and this attorney responded "why, who do you know at the OCRC". George Shaw the regional Director at the Columbus branch is a joke he is over my civilized case that has not had any updates since September 2025 me and my lawyers have left him several messages emails and he has never responded. The front desk. Office are no help as well as all they do is deflect and reject.
