They did absolutely nothing with my investigation of employment discrimination. This WOULD be surprising if you didn't know the Ohio Civil Rights Commission recently paid out a $650k settlement for employment discrimination. Yes, that's right. The people you report discrimination to are actively committing it. It doesn't help their credibility that this is literally a ghost office without anyone there to even pick up the phone.

I filed a report against TJ Maxx in Belden for S.H. and they assigned me Mrs. Davies who pretended like her hands were tied and she couldn't investigate unless I had the cell phone numbers of the potential witnesseses. I pointed out that she could conduct an on-site meeting which is part of the investigative process, but that's when she started completely ignoring me. Turns out, she's a TJ Maxx customer. I have been a victim of abuse. I gave this agency creditable witness reports,Dr reports etc. They not only dismissed my case but gave my abusers grounds to continue abuse. Please do not file through this agency it will bring further harm to you.

This office is a joke. They will not investigate discrimination done by other state agencies.
