Trying to do my lease buyout was a pain! I have 100% positive credit history for 20 years! Over 800 credit score and they treat the process like buying a home! I’m surprised they didn’t require the blood of my first born! However, we just stopped the loan process with them and got it done at the dealership for the same rate! They lost business with their outdated over the top requirements! The payment for the lease buyout was actually $50 dollars less a month then what I have been paying for three years!
Do NOT do business here. Opened an account and left the money in there for a long time. I did not have access to the "online e-documents". They slowly started charging me a "dormancy fee" until my account was empty. They would not give me my money back and basically told me to go pound salt. What would Jesus do?
