My small manufacturing company competes against China and I don't have time to bang my head against the wall, wasting my precious time trying to do my "true-up" reports for both my companies. Fix your website! Every other time that I use it anymore, it does not work or it's a constant battle to do what's required to be done so that my small businesses are in compliance.
You have to make a JOB out of a BWC claim. A daily notebook: pain/medical progress in detail, calls, names, times, dates, and outcome/problems unresolved. If you don’t, you will slip through the cracks, and there will be lapses in between approved procedures, such as physical therapy. You can do everything by the book, but the paperwork approval process takes forever, and I have been hearing quite a bit that it was never received. Absolutely criminal. This garbage system will just one day decide that your company owes WC from years ago and will back date it because they think thats how my business should run. They charged me with failure to comply and a warrant was issued shortly after. Fast forward a month and they went in a cleared out my bank account as they saw fit. Worst employees, worst company or system ever created. Unreal, I will be pushing for an audit for them if it's the last breath I take.
