Deceptive behaviour and partners ignored my email when I advised I was not impressed. Rang to use Steve Parrot for conveyancing services in 2022 and was advised he was on holidays but back in 2 weeks when he would be available but then all business was undertaken by their conveyancer. Conveyancer was also quite rude on several occasions, including on one occasion when I highlighted their errors. If paying at solicitor rates, I expected better and more professional services. Never again will I use them.
Nice phone manners but unable to communicate to other family members re transfer of legal documents between solicitors. a phone call back was promised and did not eventuate so i called at the end of the day and was told it was discussed at length and would not answer any question. I would suggest they recommend setting up a conference call with all relevant family members.
First time used. Very efficient
