Deceptive behaviour and partners ignored my email when I advised I was not impressed. Rang to use Steve Parrot for conveyancing services in 2022 and was advised he was on holidays but back in 2 weeks when he would be available but then all business was undertaken by their conveyancer. Conveyancer was also quite rude on several occasions, including on one occasion when I highlighted their errors. If paying at solicitor rates, I expected better and more professional services. Never again will I use them.
