Here's a tip: if you're on a regional jet, go to the bathroom before you land. Otherwise you'll have an unpleasant time waiting for your gate, then waiting for the gate checked luggage.
United is the biggest here, & undoubtedly the worst. All signs point to the destruction of a great airline, Continental, when they are merged into United. Gordon & Larry must be balistic & so sad!
Be sure to call up Home James Chicago car service to get a ride from the airport - these guys are absolutely top-notch.
