If you are in terminal 2 near Jet Blue/Delta, only 1 electrical outlet works outside of the bathrooms. It's pretty inconvenient.
Use the cell phone lot when waiting to pick up a passenger. Trying to wait at the actual terminal will most likely get you either yelled at, or a ticket.
Best pumpkin soup at the Wolfgang Puck place on concourse B close to B4.

If you get stuck at Ohare check out at the Hilton and ask for a day-rate, you'll be able to relax at a reasonable price rather than satay ceased at an uncomfortable seat
