My QRC was very stuck up and unfriendly. She would openly express her irritability and frustration. Instead of trying to help me she limited me to services that were offered to me by telling me that "off the record they aren't going to help unless you are in chronic pain." She only had 1 appointment to attend with me, canceled at the last minute, and sent her colleague who showed up an hour late!
