Ohana sits in the plaza facing Mission Grove. The old location (Suite C) directed me to their old location which is now owned by CrossFit. The staff at Ohana were very chill and very helpful/friendly. I went in for a 25 minute infrared sauna. While waiting for it to heat up, I was able to try out the leg compression sleeves, which I highly recommend. Overall, Ohana is a great location to recover after your workouts or to relax your stress away. Only shame is I didn't hear about them sooner!
