Seems like an organized business but I did not have a good customer service experience with them. Very inflexible and cranky with customers that don't follow their procedures, and they definitely let me know they were irritated within the first 2 minutes there instead of trying to be understanding with my situation. Ironic their name is Ohana because I didn't get that vibe at all
Back in 2010 they helped me catch up on 3-4 years of unfiled taxes. I have been with them since. I have lived all over the globe since (civilian military) and they have been great and been able to do any state or overseas tax issue I throw at them. 15 years of timely service with aloha and pride!!
Our taxes were unexpectedly complicated for 2024 but everyone we talked to was very helpful and answered a lot of our questions in that stressful time. After we got everything sorted, Ryan helped us file and save way more money than we were expecting. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Thank you for your help!
I dropped off my return late so they said I would have to file an extension. They were able to file my return before the deadline! So grateful for their hard work!
