They did a good child with providing houses but still didn't give opportunities for people to get betterThey had washing machinesThat took quarters lot of people there had lots of kids and that could come up to hundreds of dollars they had rooms full of dotiont that they would not give out and take home are give to family members the security guards did not always do there job and we were harassed there.
