Absolute worst lawyer in Marion County Tennessee. He was the lawyer i hired but he helped my ex wife more than me . I had to hire a new lawyer to fix all the problems he created for me . Wish I could give less than 1 star for his incompetence as a lawyer

My husband was pulled over, written several tickets after the officers administered a field sobriety test, which he passed. Then because he questioned their reasoning for writing said tickets he was arrested for DUI. All charges were dropped and the case dismissed thanks to attorney M. O'Hagan thank you is not enough!
Never open. Will not answer the phone , will not return calls. I’ve made several attempts to contact this firm concerning my mother’s Will. I would highly recommend doing business with any other firm
