Cute stuff! The customer service is awful! I was in today with my family and the 2 ladies working in the empty store said nothing to us except to ask me over and over if I was sure about the size of the pants I was purchasing! It was insulting- insinuating that the size I got wouldn’t fit me. (It does) Aggressively telling me I should try them on and that there were no refunds or exchanges. Way to make a woman feel beautiful ladies! PS- I I put it on as soon as I got home and it fit like a glove!
Drove a very long distance to get to the store in Naples only to see Close for renovation signs on store doors. It says you’re open you’re not. You need to let the general public know.
What an amazing experience i had! Erin was fabulous. She asked me did i want any help and I said no and started looking around. I tried on a few things. She very casually said try this, and this. She was so spot on with her recommendations. I felt like a model and she was dressing me for a show. I never would have picked out what she had me try on. And it was all wonderful! Careful of the no-return policy. Sizing is 1=small, 2=medium, 3=large Great pieces, but really wish there were more toned down/neutral color options. I ended up purchasing one piece. There were several styles I wanted, but all of them were only available in bold colors.
Love the store so much, I brought my sister down from Ohio to shop. So sad, today sign says they are closed for renovations. Very strange that Google Maps did not mention that….says it closes at 6:00. 🤦🏻♀️
