So, I'm not sure where to begin. My two biggest issues were lack of transparency and service. The person at the counter was nice, but doesn't explain anything, and there are no prices listed. So essentially, it's just a surprise when they give you the total. Website gives the price of 13 to 25 a lb, no idea what I was charged and wasn't offered a receipt. Then we purchased a Carmel apple, which we needed to return. They apologized profusely and switched it out, but come on. We had to drive all the way back to the store, and ... read more
