I've been coming here for a couple months, and if you're on the fence, I'm saying you should go for it. As someone who has anxiety and prefers to focus on myself in a class setting rather than socializing, this is a great place to do exactly that. The instructors are super friendly, but nobody expects you to be high energy or outgoing. I can just keep to myself and focus on my skills without worrying if I'm participating enough. Update 7/22: The owner, KB, took time to talk to me and welcome me in during an Open Pole session. She has answered any questions, whether in person or via email, and even introduced me to a few new folks in class. Complete 180° from my first experience! Absolutely love this studio! I have never felt more secure in my body. I was so nervous for my intro course but Marina made me feel like I could do anything. I went out and bought heels because after that into course I told myself “I am going to wear these one day”. I took F1 with KB and she’s an amazing teacher, she takes into account all body types and she is extremely outgoing. I loved F1 so much I’m attending F2!!! This studio is so much more than dancing on a pole!!!!!

JUST DO IT! let go of all your fears, doubts, worries and just come! I was so hesitant and afraid to try something new and out of my comfort zone. I deal with body dysmophia but I have been following the IG page for quite some time and decided to go for it. I don't regret it. The place was nice, clean and spacious. The instructor Jeni was so sweet, fun and patience with the students. Thank you for allowing a safe place where I could get my sexy back! Thank you and cant wait for upcoming classes!

It's been awhile but back one time I decided I was gonna be a pole dancer lol and I signed up for the intro series with Jenny. It was one of my happiest memories and I hope to get back to it soon. I remember how beautiful it was the energy of the space and the instructor. They are very welcoming and encouraging even for someone like me LMAO 🤣
