The space is so beautiful and empowering - loved the beautiful exposed brick and the lighting. The classes are empowering and offer us a way to be embodied. The energy and overall message is you are enough and beautiful as you are. Plenty of parking and classes are very reasonably priced.

My first experience in a pole class was this past summer. KB has created a space that is inclusive, welcoming, and challenges you to reach for your personal best. I came with concerns for a chronic injury and was met with compassion and skill to help me reach my goals. I so appreciate this experience and it has inspired me to continue reaching for those goals that matter. Thank you for your passion and care.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would based on my customer service experience. I wrote a review stating the studio was nice, but the placement of a few poles were too close to a wall, and that there were no mirrors. Overall, it was complimenting stating and even called out one instructor who I loved, Marina. The studio owner e-mail sent me harassing e-mails and REMOVED ME from class.
