Very professional staff
Very nice and straight to the point! 2nd year in a row filing with them, even though I’m all the way in OH, and the turnaround time is fantastic! Highly recommended, no stress in the experience at all! Edit: I don’t know what’s going on with the team this year, 2026, but my experience has not been good since my return was filed. Do not use this place. Awful understanding of tax preparation. They wanted to submit my return with grossly incorrect information and changed the amount they wanted to charge me once they saw my return. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I decided this year I’d use a professional to maximize my benefits. I came across OGO accounting by chance and they have been a pleasure to work with. Bianca and Frances worked to establish my paperwork for submission and streamlined the entire process.
This was my first year filing my taxes with OGO and I am beyond impressed and satisfied. In previous years I have gone through a family friend and received less and less. But this year I was referred to OGO, now never going anywhere else. Thank you Francis!!
