Melanie Matamoros Cruz has been continuously lying to me about filing certain documents on behalf of a client I am trying to go to arbitration against. On three separate occasions she provided different dates on when she filed a case for review. After calling her out she blamed her lying on “getting over a cold ” over the weekend but she began the lying about filing this case for review before that. I will be filing a bar complaint. I am not comfortable dealing with a lawyer that continues to lie to me.
OK service for employer related defense issues. Perhaps more geared toward large companies that are more lucrative but they have not been that great in understanding an employee issue that came up for a small business like ours. At times it appeared like they are more interested in an amicable settlement with the opposing counsel than coming up with a strategy to get the best outcome before approaching that option.
