Whoever this Renee lady is rude and unprofessional. My mom told her she couldn’t make the full payment but she still offered to pay something towards her loan and she refused and then had the nerve to hang up on her. Will be reporting to BBB and will be taking this further.
The manager called me talking about a payment i told her I don't owe you so I check my credit report she checked my credit i didn't apply for a loan
Its okay but when renee called my phone about a late payment she came at me very disrespectful thats the only thing i didnt like you dont do that when people go thru a hard time
