I am so very grateful for the amazing care our Aunt received at Ogilvie Villa for the past year. Unfortunately her health deteriorated and she had to relocate to LTC. I commend the high quality of care and compassion that was provided to her each and every day while she was at Ogilvie. A few points come to mind when I reflect on my own experience of working at Ogilvie Villa. The team members of this retirement community have been pleasant to work alongside, and I can affirm that they do beyond what is written in the job description. All are mindful of families and residents' expectations. Members of the Nursing team take every measure to make sure the needs of the residents are met. Very nice and secure establishment and warm caring staff.
My Grandmother just completed her first year at the Ogilvie Villa and it could not have gone any better. After spending months rehabilitating from a broken hip, it was clear she was going to need daily assistance. After the initial adjustment period, she began making new friends and socializing.
