I never write reviews but I feel compelled to after dealings with Linda Akatsu . She was sent a large payment via Zelle on accident that was meant for a employee of mine at a local restaurant (they are the same number with one different digit). After reaching out at the request of Chase to fix the issue she has never responded to the emails or calls.
