This is hard for me to post a negative review of any business, but we’ve had a terrible experience with OFS Interiors. We used them initially for all of our office furniture and they were great. We expanded and had a small order of desks needed. Since that order, I’ve been lied to and put off for over 4 months now. Their communication has been very disappointing. My husband’s company used OFS, and they went above and beyond in every way. The team was very professional, responsive, and truly dedicated to making sure everything was done right. They didn’t just meet expectations—they exceeded them and went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!
It has been a terrible experience working with OFS. The sales process was very helpful. But once we started the implementation everything fell apart and now 6 months later the issues continue and the installation is STILL not complete. During the move, they lost parts needed to reinstall our cubicles in the new office. They were unreliable on when they would show up. Now we've been waiting for months for them to install some cubicle walls. We were notified 2 months ago that the materials arrived, but we can't get them to sch... read more
