Will was great to deal with. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me figure out what would work best for me as a taller person. I never felt pressured to buy, and he even gave me advice on what to look for in a used chair if I wanted to go that route instead. Really appreciated the honest, helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
William was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me several great recommendations. The chairs here are also excellent quality, worth the price. If you're a tall person and can't seem to find a chair that fits, this is the best spot in Ottawa for a good quality chair.
I had been thinking of upgrading my current home office chair to something designed for that would provide comfort for sitting in long hours at a time. I did my research and decided on an X-chair. After doing my research online, I found that OFL carries these chairs, but they were in Ottawa and I'm in Toronto. I sent an email to them after hours and William aswered my email the next morning. Was very happy to find this place. Good service. Was able to purchase very gently used office chair made in Canada. Staff knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Well, I'm truly happy to say that when I experienced an issue with a new chair I purchased William was absolutely the most chill person to deal with.
