I went in with a friend looking for a new chair and desk, and we had such a wonderful experience dealing with Will. He was so knowledgeable about all the products in the store and explained the various options to us. We never felt pressured to buy, and really appreciated his honest and kind customer service. This is what makes it a true pleasure to support small local businesses!
Will was great to deal with. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me figure out what would work best for me as a taller person. I never felt pressured to buy, and he even gave me advice on what to look for in a used chair if I wanted to go that route instead. Really appreciated the honest, helpful service. Would definitely recommend.
William was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me several great recommendations. The chairs here are also excellent quality, worth the price. If you're a tall person and can't seem to find a chair that fits, this is the best spot in Ottawa for a good quality chair.
I had been thinking of upgrading my current home office chair to something designed for that would provide comfort for sitting in long hours at a time. I did my research and decided on an X-chair.
