My parents went the other day to ask a simple question and nobody answered there question instead the people in front were making fun at them saying “they can’t read” yes they can read they just wanted a simple question answered.
Terrible experience with Francesco.. He did not know what to do with our paperwork from the beginning. Had to pull in another colleague that actually listened to us and our attorney. He then ended up charging us twice for the service…I called to get a refund and they claimed that the extra charge was for a tip which we did not agree on. They would not refund the extra charge.
I lost my tax papers. I just called and they mailed them to me. Yamilet was very kind.
