I recently purchased a couch from Offshore Design and had a lovely experience from start to finish. The couple who run the shop are extremely professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and the couch was delivered without any issues. The quality of the couch is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Offshore Design for both their beautiful furniture and outstanding customer service.
Awful couple that run this store. The old lady is beyond rude and treats you poorly if you're not of white background. I was going to buy a dining table set but I will not as they're beyond rude and overpriced anyway.
Nice looking stuff through the window. Couple of things I’d be keen to buy if they were actually open during the hours they advertise. Waste of a drive from Melbourne
