Rude, nasty and unhelpful for no reason
I loved how the team at Offit Kurman worked together. They maintain good communication with the client and with each other. This made my experience very smooth as everyone I interacted with at the firm knew how to help me without making me feel like just a number on a file.
Mr. Jung Kim of Offit Kurman provided excellent service in a legal matter where I did not know where to turn after several lawyers did not know how to handle it. Mr. Kim apprised me of the difficulty of his task, the cost before I entered into an agreement, and when things went south he brought in an associate, Stephen Metz who worked harmoniously to bring the matter to a closure.
