In August 2019, Offit Kurman filed a Failure to Pay Rent case against me while I was living at I-CLUB Apartments. They did this without checking the facts. It turned out to be a mistake, and the case was dismissed within two days by them. But by then, the damage was already done my name and information were added to the Maryland Judicial Case Search.
