My chair is absolutely stunning! From our very first phone call probably over a year ago now (so sorry!) to the collection of this little masterpiece, Marlene has been an absolute star! The amount of patience, care and help she provided me during the process of buying this chair (a process for a customised chair which included bringing samples of different seat constructions from interstate) made my experience so incredibly positive!
