This company is highly unprofessional. We were quoted an estimate of 405$ and the final bill ended up being over $1,100. When we received the quote, we were told it would be approximately 3 hour job with an hourly rate of 165$. When they showed up, we were then told it would be an hourly rate of 165$ per person - in which there were 3. We were never asked how many movers they needed to bring and essentially had no say in the matter. Company is run by barbarians. These men came into my parents home to transport a dining room out, my older mother told them to take measurements before they start the job because it may be difficult - they didn’t. Half way through the job they realized they couldn’t get the furniture through the hall and dropped it as it was (disassembled) and left. Shifting is a very stressful task. Every time I hired a service provider, I had to face a lot of problem. Recently I hired the services of Official Moving & storage and Movers for moving from New York to Bronx and found them to be a well organized and reliable service provider. They have delivered all my valuable belongings without any damage and on time.
