Not nicely
For such a big product, you would expect the warranty to be "customer focused". Its not the expectation is if the desk breaks, you have to disassemble it and bring it back to the warehouse. It's outrageous.. Cannot endorse this "enterprise grade" manufacturer... Would have been better off getting a consumer grade desk with an easy warranty..
Regret buying my desk from here, the motor/frame randomly broke. Desk doesnt go up and down. The warranty is next to useless, the warranty will charge you $$$ to replace parts that became defective. Will never be using this company again...
Purchased a large shipment of desks, cabinets and chairs - staff were able to meet my delivery timelines and assembled everything on site. Very happy with the service and products
