The employees need to be taught what customer service is. Thru are so rude, so unhappy to do their job, if they even know what that is. Nobody there is really sure about anything. I wanted to ask for a manager but was afraid to be told one of idiots trying not help anybody would be a manager. How is this place running?
I walked in to office max and was approached by a worker named lyrell. because I dismissed his customer service he says. i was kicked out of the store for no other apparent reason. all i said was I didnt need his help but if i did i will let him know. he immediately got very angry, said he wasnt going to babysit and kicked me out. very unprofessional.his mental health is affecting his job and should seek help. this was embarassing, horrible customer service, i have filed a formal complaint and will not be back to purchase an... read more
