Literally every single time I’ve used the print/copy services area, the service is beyond slow. Had horrible customer service this last time as well. Doubt I’ll go back.

I dealt with Franklin, Jenna and another gentleman and they basically kept passing my problem back and forth to each other not even trying to help and when I asked questions they basically told me I had to figure it out on my own.
Store just never meets expectations. Poor selection and availability. Not relative to my review but an entire end cap was devoted to 2016 calendars at clearance prices that were as much as the 2017 equivalent. Seemed a bit ridiculous to even have them on the shelf.
