We recently visited this store to look for our options on printers. We had a concern while shopping that we were being "watched". I voiced this in a survey about our recent visit in an email survey. The very next day the manager called me and was very understanding. He did tell us that they have a young man with special needs that is employed there and understood our concern. I do recommend this Office Max, but I would only recommend it if you can get Jessica in print. I have watched her with customers, interact with coworkers, she is faithful to Office Max. I have spent countless of thousands of dollars with you guys and it was due to Jessica’s awesomeness! I took calendars into the store, already printed & compiled. All I needed done was spiral binding on the top & a hole punched in the bottom. The order was written & a day before they were due to be done, I got a call that they had been done wrong & would have to be reprinted. So, their quality of pictures is horrible, they didn't even center the pages correctly that they copied. So I placed an order online for a pack of labels. Go into the store and no one knows where my order is...Really!!!! I had previously come into the store looking for the labels and couldn't find them because there are labels on this isle and that isle.
