I called for an Ethernet cable yesterday & today went to pick it up, within 24 hour hold I was told I had. It was gone and your employee tried to sell me a 50’ one for twice the money! I have no car, my cash is almost gone. I am out of work since March. This is to start work from home! I can’t believe how terrible your customer service is. I will tell everyone I know how I was treated by you. Lied to and now I don’t have what I need to start working.
The manager Kyle (as well as all of the staff I interacted with) were fantastic! I had an issue with a purchase - I was in the area for a meeting when I purchased it and live 3+ hours away. Kyle went above and beyond to figure out how to take care of my issue - without having me come back into the store! I would highly recommend this store!
