hit and miss customer service at the Fed Ex counter. the old lady today was not going to look up from her computer at any cost. I was dropping off a package, like to know someone is aware of it.. I there my package on the counter and the cashiers just laughed. RUDE JUST RUDE

when mailing my packages FedEx, after paying for shipping, my packages sat there from Tuesday to Friday and had I not called they might still be sitting there. I knew the printer was down but was assured they would still out that day. No apology, no one took accountability.
RecommendedFirst a big huge "THANK YOU" for price matching on the purchase of my Microsoft - Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. I had been searching all around town for one "IN STOCK" when my keyboard at home stopped functioning. NOBODY had one, so on a whim I stopped in and YOU GUYS HAD ONE IN STOCK and you price matched BEST BUY saving me yet another trip. I haven't been in your store in a long time, and from now on its simply going to be my first stop/call on anything further that I need!! Thank you once again!!!
