Placed order on 8/13/26 picking Herman Miller chair with grey seat which was about $100 more than black seat chair. On 8/20/26 received black seat chair. Furthermore, the chair is visibly heavy used and looks dirty. Not good. I could buy used chair on ebay.

Sent me rubbish, scam. The replacement seat mesh for the Aeron has absolutely nothing to do with what is advertised. It's a cheap knock off with 0 tension, sagging without any weight applied to it and with sharp plastic edges (cut myself when picking off the box).

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The office chair I received had numerous cosmetic defects that were clearly quality control issues, not shipping damage. Instead of taking responsibility, the company’s initial response was to offer me a $20 partial refund, which was completely inadequate given the condition of the chair.
