I’m still waiting on the refund and a return label for the Aeron headrest, which I believe is poorly designed. It also feels like their customer support is being deliberately slow and unresponsive, possibly hoping I’ll just give up.
Good selection of chairs, including all the fancy brands. The store guy sat and answered my questions for a long while. Satisfied I picked out a good chair at a fair price!
They repaired my HM Aeron chair quickly and professionally, and much to my satisfaction. I will return soon to this fine vendor.
Order #20527, ordered 5/03/2026 , have not heard back from Office Logix. Called during business hours and submitted a ticket. I ordered the steel case leap v2, and although I understand this is refurbished and not new, the cylinder part does not work, I’ve unconnected it twice, and I cannot use the seatriser. Received my refurbished Embody chair fast and in a great shape. I was mostly concerned about the cleanliness since it's a refurb, but thankfully it's clean.
