UPDATE: Got new mesh again from office logix, still very poor quality. Fit to seat is bad, mesh sags and the heat gun trick only works for a couple hours. Not a good investment. EDIT: My order number is #16063 Ordered an Aeron replacement mesh a few months back, its already worse than the one I replaced. Hoping this isn't the only place I can buy these. Money not well spent.

I’m still waiting on the refund and a return label for the Aeron headrest, which I believe is poorly designed. It also feels like their customer support is being deliberately slow and unresponsive, possibly hoping I’ll just give up.
Good selection of chairs, including all the fancy brands. The store guy sat and answered my questions for a long while. Satisfied I picked out a good chair at a fair price!
