Bought a Papasan chair and it arrived bent/broken. Support has been almost impossible to reach. It has now been over 2 weeks since I've received my initial package and I'm yet to have a working product from them.
Bought a papasan chair, broken within 6 months. I've called two separate times, transferred around.. then sent two separate emails as I was instructed to do, no response. Poorly manufacturered products, even worse customer service.
