Absolutely rude and hard to work with to get your own tax information from. I was given this contact information from a former employer to get my w2.. contacted them and was greeted with apprehension and just straight up unnecessary attitude. I had been doing my taxes with Billy for almost 4 years. Everything went as good as it possibly could. One of those years we filed an extension and did the taxes later in the year. In 2023 I asked Billy to file an extension for me, confirmed in an email about 1 month before the deadline. I then get a letter from the IRS saying I failed to file my taxes with a $500 fee.
