I was dreading going at first but turned out to be the best Chicago government office I went to. City sticker purchase was effortless. I was helped immediately. Staff is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable of their jobs. Thanks for making making my day easier!
The staff has always been approachable and friendly. Sometimes there is a line but it moves fairly quickly.
