They keep sending bankruptcy notices to the wrong address. Called once about it, Charla was very very rude.

Poor Customer Service. I spoke with the receptionist Charla and she was extremely rude. I completed my case and was only new requesting information regarding my own account and she was so rude, and disrespectful, and proceeded to talk down to me as if I were less than her. Very Dissatisfied. Thats not how you treat people
The receptionist who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful. Charla was her name and she was so rude to me when I was only requesting information regarding the completion of my case. I didn't need her to do anything for me, I was only asking questions regarding my own case. This was the first time I’ve ever called their office and Im so glad I never have to again.
