I had problems with my fafsa and they just directed me to the fafsa number and offered no help. She made me feel even more anxious than I already was too.
Not super quick on responding to emails, however the wait time on the phone wasn’t long and the person on the other end was very patient and helpful.
I wanna give negative star and this office is one of the worst in the university. the person on the front desk didn't know what she was saying but pretending that she knew. That wrong information made me have a nightmare for the entire day, making me doing something completely wrong.
Jeff was extremely helpful and patient. He explained the process very clearly and tried his best to help. I wish I could give him 10 stars!
The first time I called the woman on the phone just kept telling me the same thing my email was telling me and then acting like I needed to fix the problem when I came to her for help on HOW to fix the problem, and then she said she would write down my info and get someone to look into my issue…. 2 months later no one had ever called me back so obviously no one looked into it.
