Terrible. Absolutely awful. I have quick questions but I can’t get answers. They never answer the phone. They Say they are busy but when they finally answered after waiting so long this guy pretended to not hear me and hanged up on me. This is so unprofessional and rude. This school should hire people who actually do their job right.
I had a great experience speaking with a representative about a week ago—a kind and professional gentleman who answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully. I had problems with my fafsa and they just directed me to the fafsa number and offered no help. She made me feel even more anxious than I already was too.
Not super quick on responding to emails, however the wait time on the phone wasn’t long and the person on the other end was very patient and helpful.
I wanna give negative star and this office is one of the worst in the university. the person on the front desk didn't know what she was saying but pretending that she knew. That wrong information made me have a nightmare for the entire day, making me doing something completely wrong.
